To be a strong independent woman is almost like becoming a man. Firm, strong and determined. Two days ago I removed a small plastic little thing that made me less of a woman. Today I feel so much better. I got my strength back. My joints feel much easier to move, I fell more beautiful, It's like 10 years have been removed from my shoulders. A few hours ago someone came to repair the floor in my apartment. When the man rang the doorbell he thought I was the owner's daughter. I told him I was the owner.
All in all it's amazing how a small piece of 4 cm can make such a big difference.
